Doesn’t matter who it is or how much you hate them, if the pictures are misappropriated from their original intent, it’s creepy. You should have a serious talk with him about this or just break it off entirely. I would exercise caution in a deep discussion, but ethically it’s suspect at best and fucked up at minimum. Especially if one of them is family.
Also, “just messing around with it” is underplaying it. Messing around with it is doing it with stock photos but he chose specific people. That’s a big red flag.

Today we go public with the findings of a new Sensity investigation into a newly uncovered deepfake ecosystem on the messaging platform Telegram. The focal point is an AI-powered bot that allows users to photo-realistically “strip naked” images of women, an evolution of the infamous DeepNude emerged in 2019. We collect the findings of our threat intelligence team into a new report that you can download here.
Compared to similar underground tools, the bot dramatically increases accessibility by providing a free and simple user interface that functions on smartphones as well as traditional computers. To “strip” an image, users simply upload a photo of a target to the bot and receive the processed image after a short generation process. Our investigation of this bot and its affiliated channels revealed several key findings:

Update: On the last day before the report publication, we came across a new web page that advertises the bot. The page shows staggering statistics on the number of people targeted by the bot: more than 680.000, well above our estimation based on images shared publicly by users.

This is a LoRA that I use in text2img to get better NUDE FRONTALS.
It alters the body shape, particularly the breasts.
It’s best at weights under <1 with accompanying keywords.
The data set is a collection of fully nude adult women.
What it is not
The dataset is all naked women with no faces. Any effect on clothing, men, flat chests, or faces is unintended. Funny, but unintended.
While appreciated for the exposure – using this for fully clothed women defeats the purpose.
It only works when you include it in the prompt (saddened I must tell you this).
It does not bias towards asians. I just like generating them. There are no dark skinned women in the data set unfortunately, but I’m not averse to making a version for this.

The XL model requires the XL base / XL base with VAE model. It doesn’t seem to work with the refiner, or anything else.
Adjust the weights. 0.1 - 1.0
Tips:
This is a fairly strong LORA best used in conjunction with low weights and other keywords like “naked”, “topless”. Work to get your image close to NSFW first, then add this to push it over the line.
0.5 weight is pretty good for most purposes.
Very high weights can cause the face to crop out.
Adding “small breast” or “huge breast” keywords can add more size variation, keeping the shape.
Adding stubborn loras or conflicting terms (e.g. “shirt”) to the prompt can burn the image.
Base SD models are stubborn and don’t like to be made NSFW. Expect clothes, blurred nipples. Try different weights and add more keywords!
