Reporting Copyright Infringement

What Happens After Submission

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your contact information.
  • A description of the removed content and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was erroneous.
  • Consent to jurisdiction in a federal court (if outside the U.S., consent to the applicable jurisdiction).

We will forward your counter-notice to the original claimant. If no legal action is taken within 10 business days, we may reinstate the content.

Repeat Infringers

NDF reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
